Kath’s career has encompassed leadership roles in Federal & Local government, leading national grant programs and strategies, as well as executive roles in the private creative sector, festivals and NFP's. She has been recognised for creating bespoke strategies to solve challenging problems; and she enjoys working with and understanding new communities and sectors.

Kath currently works across the creative industries, commercial enterprise, government and not for profit sectors as a consultant, facilitator and advisor. She provides high level strategic, business and operational advice and brokers collaborations, partnerships and stakeholder relationships. Her skills are particularly connected with industries which have high levels of emotional investment and those in which innovation and creative thinking are essential for success. Kath is passionate about developing adaptive resilience in individuals and organisations; helping them manage change, foster innovation, and implement pragmatic and sustainable transformation.
