A case study of one artists experiences with community in regional NSW.

Regional Arts Fellowship recipient Alex Wisser is an artist based in Kandos NSW. Alex is a founding member of The Kandos School of Cultural Adaptation (KSCA), a socially engaged artist cooperative working in regional NSW. He is also the creative director of Cementa, an arts organisation and festival committed to cultivating contemporary art culture specific to its regional context, bridging the perceived divide between urban and regional art.

Join Alex as he talks to Mary Jane Warfield about the role art play in reinforcing the cohesion of a community, the importance of clear communication, and the journey his work has taken across these projects.
